We aim to offer a homely home-away-from-home experience to students studying at Taylor’s University Lakeside Campus in PJS7 Bandar Sunway with a clean, well-organized and equipped, fully furnished rooms and well-maintained facilities. The house is strategically situated in a quiet, spacious & safe residential enclave (gated and guarded 24/7) within a quick 3min walk to Taylor’s University Lakeside Campus, and in a brief 15 minutes walk to reach Sunway Geo shopping centre as well as Sunway Medical Centre via the dedicated pedestrian bridge linkway.

The room is clean and comfortable, bathroom with excellent shower. The place is at perfect location (close walking distance to Taylor’s campus and close proximity to Sunway Geo & Pyramid malls). Most friendly and helpful landlord ever. Recommended.

I have lived in this house for two years. This place is my first choice among all the options I’ve look at and must say is my preferred choice throughout my journey at Taylor's University. As an active student leader in Taylor, I always stay back late on campus until midnight for tasks. I do not need to worry about walking back alone late at night as this is a very safe area with security guard. Last but not least, a very supportive owner who assists us on any facility issues and resolve them immediately for the good welfare and quality of stay enjoyed here. Recommended.

If stars were given out for student hostels, it would be a five out of five for this student accommodation nearest to Taylor’s. Great location, just 5 mins to Taylor’s. House Owner is so friendly, efficient in solving our tenant’s problem. The house provides great WiFi quality, clean rooms and bathrooms, and clean facilities. Generally, it is great and affordable. Best value for money. I recommend students from Taylor’s to choose here throughout their three year study.

I have enjoyed staying here for two years in this nice, quiet room with other friendly housemates in this house. The house is opposite a large playing field which is really great as get to enjoy the fresh air flowing in not block by houses. This place is ideal and located at a very convenient location, takes me less than 5 mins only to reach my classes on campus. Also I feel secure here in this guarded housing area with security guards on motobikes doing their rounds. The landlord is very friendly and ever so helpful, my gratitude & thanks to Uncle Stu & Aunty S for their genuine care and interests in our wellbeing at the house. Recommended.
