Facilities

Washer & Dryer

Equipped with modern cloth washer and an electric cloth dryer provides for the convenience of doing washing and drying the laundry all performed within the comfort and confines of the house without to worry about weather conditions outside. The Electrolux Dryer enables clothes to be air-dry as quickly as 90 minutes resulting in clothes with less wrinkle and a hassle-free ironing.

Kitchen

A clean, well kept and well organised kitchen complete with kitchen cabinets (one for each room is allocated) for storing personal cooking items. The following facilities are available;  1) Induction Cooker, 2) potable hot & cold water dispenser, 3) Toaster oven, 4) Microwave oven, 5) 2-Door Fridge, 6) dish dryer-rack, and 7) hanger rails and storage shelves for pots and pans including storing spices and condiments. Rubbish bags and dish washing detergent is provided for common usage.

Washroom

All washrooms are clean and maintain at regular intervals on weekly basis. There are a total of 5 washrooms (complete with mirror, wash basin, heater shower and toilet each) are available giving a ratio of 1 washroom to 1.8 person in the household providing comfortable living.

Corridor & Common Area

The corridors and common areas are all well maintained and are well lighted for comfortable and easy access and egress at all times. Door mates are provided for each room as well as at the main entrance, at every washroom doorway and in the kitchen. Shoe cabinet is provided and all rooms have shoe storage allocation accordingly. A Panasonic vacuum cleaner, brooms, mops and pails as well as electric cloth iron and ironing board are available and kept in the storeroom accessible for everyone to use. General house cleaning is maintained at regular intervals on weekly basis.

Covid Safety

Disinfectant Spray (SDS approved food grade disinfectant) is provided & placed at the front door to disinfect general items (eg. food delivery packages, etc) brought into the house.
